Personal training makes a difference with workouts that address your unique strengths, weaknesses and fitness goals. We begin by assessing your overall fitness and developing a plan to help you reach your full potential. Workout with a personal trainer to get in shape and feel your best.

Semi-private

Share the cost and energy of working out with a group of family members or friends in a private, customized workout. If you don’t have a group, we’ll match you with compatible workout partners. Group are two to five people.

Our Body Blast class keeps you moving and challenged with a total body workout combining strength, cardio, core and flexibility. These intense workouts change daily and include a dynamic warm-up and re-lengthening stretch at the end.

Reformer & Barre

Our unique, high-energy Reformer & Barre class gives you a low impact, joint friendly total body workout. This challenging workout combines conventional Barre and small muscle group exercises with muscle-shredding strength and cardio. Sessions are in a private area of the gym with state-of-the art reformer equipment.

Teen Scene classes are challenging enough for top-tier athletes but designed for all kids learning to develop their inner athlete. Motivational trainers teach the fundamentals of safe and effective exercise while building self-confidence and overall health and fitness.

We offer full physical therapy services to get you back in the game and prevent future injuries. Our in-house physical therapist will help you manage and treat your issues with specific therapies for rehab, injuries, chronic pain and injury prevention. We integrate your physical therapy care with a personalized workout plan and offer sports-specific treatments for runners, cyclists and triathletes. Physical therapy is offered under the auspices of True North Physical Therapy, LLC where patients are treated with the upmost integrity, devotion and compassion.

Flexibility and Movement

One-on-one assisted stretching is a customized stretch session that addresses muscle tightness and imbalances in your body. Each session is adapted to your particular needs using a variety of stretching techniques. Assisted stretching increases flexibility, improves range of motion, and reduces muscle and joint pain. Get started with a 30 or 60-minute session and feel the difference. You will move better and get more out of your workouts.

Body Science's restorative services also include massage and acupuncture. Our massage therapist brings a broad range of expertise to address everything from sore and tired muscles to chronic musculoskeletal issues.
