Personal Trainer

Jordan is well-established in the fitness industry with a special focus on sports performance.  His training style is well-planned and purposeful with an emphasis on strength and form.   Jordan is a certified personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  He is also a certified functional strength coach and a speed and agility coach through Athletes Acceleration.
