Personal Training and Group Classes

Joe has longstanding personal training clients and a very loyal group class following. He expertly tailors each workout to the unique strengths and challenges of his clients, combining strength, cardio and flexibility. Joe has a gift for getting every ounce out of you while making sure you’re working out safely and in tune with your body.  Joe’s background includes a degree in physical education and he has been coaching youth baseball for almost 20 years.
