Group Class Schedule

Our flexible hour group classes burn calories and build strength with a variety of workouts and lots of personal coaching

Ultimate Body Blast

We keep you challenged and motivated in our signature Ultimate Body Blast class, a combination of strength, cardio and flexibility. We change up the workouts using weights, boxing, rowing, treadmills, cycling, core, speed and agility exercises, TRX and more. All classes include a dynamic warm-up and a re-lengthening stretch at the end.

Body Blast Reformer and Barre 

Our unique, high energy Body Blast Reformer & Barre class gives you a low impact, joint friendly, muscle focused workout at a cardio pace with upbeat music. This workout combines conventional Barre movements, core training and total body, muscle- shredding strength and cardio exercises that redefine an amazing workout on the Allegro II Reformers.

Cardio Club

One of the obstacles to finding a group to run with is finding the right match in group speed and intensity level. Let’s face it, we don’t all run at the same pace. That’s why the Cardio Club is a must for all. We design the programs around your individual speeds. There’s no public display of your heart rate, speed or rest time. Just fun, encouraging trainers and great group support if you need it.

Teen scene

Challenging enough for top tier athletes but designed for all kids learning to develop their inner athlete. We teach the fundamental principles of safe and effective exercise techniques with motivational trainers who help build fitness knowledge and self-confidence.
